Primary 4 SASMO Preparation Class - Number Puzzle - Coming Soon!

Last week, we already prepared a public class on Page Number problems. Parents had a very good impression of that public class. Therefore, we have prepared an open class for Number Puzzle problems.

Page Number problems and Number Puzzle problems have consistently appeared in every recent SASMO exam paper. For the 2019 SASMO exam paper, there were two Number Puzzle problems. For the Number Puzzle problems in particular, they are among the last three questions on the paper, indicating that they are one of the most challenging parts of the exam.

The question above is challenging because of the difficulty in figuring out how to solve a subtraction number puzzle. Students may struggle to determine a strategy of simplifying such a question.

How to tackle Number Puzzle Problems?

This week, to help students better understand and master ‘number puzzle problems’, Teacher Samuel will be conducting a free offline workshop. Here are the details:
